Refund Policy

All coaching services are provided pursuant to a professional services agreement between the coach and the client.

 

All coaching sessions that have occurred are non-refundable.

 

Clients may discontinue coaching services at any time if they determine the coaching relationship is no longer aligned. To discontinue services, the client must provide no less than seven days’ written notice.

 

Fees paid for coaching packages are non-refundable, including any unused or remaining sessions. This applies regardless of the client’s level of participation, scheduling changes, or personal circumstances.

 

Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of twenty-four hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than twenty-four hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will be considered forfeited and counted as used.

 

Coaching services do not guarantee specific outcomes. The client acknowledges that results depend on their individual engagement, effort, and responsibility.

 

This policy is intended to maintain clarity, fairness, and the professional integrity of the coaching engagement.
